The Studio

We are thrilled to unveil our latest project, “The Studio” a multifunctional space recently completed for the talented local artist Kate Marshall, this unique space is more than just a studio—it’s an inspiring blend of art, leisure, and hospitality.

Nestled hillside with panoramic views overlooking Wagga, “The Studio” combines the tranquillity of a pool house with the creative energy of an art studio and the welcoming charm of a boutique BnB. Designed with both artistry and comfort in mind, it promises to be a sanctuary where imagination and relaxation coexist.
Kate’s vision was to create a space that not only serves as a hub for her artistic endeavours but also provides a retreat for visitors seeking inspiration and solace. From vibrant, light-filled workspaces to cozy accommodations, every corner of “The Studio” tells a story of creativity and elegance.
