From estimate to signed contract

Our proposal and contract phase looks at firming up your quote into a fixed price contract. We’ll cover off on the costs of every aspect, from interior design, energy assessments, engineering, to obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.

Development Approval

Final construction documents and council approval

Once contracts have been signed it’s time to get construction ready, this means developing the final construction plans, finalising finance and of course the Construction Certificate (CC or CDC) building approval.
