Reflecting on the 2025 Awards Season: A Year of Recognition for Lancaster Homes

As the 2025 housing awards season comes to a close, we’ve taken a moment to reflect on what has been another incredible year for our team, our clients, and our partners.

This year brought with it a series of humbling achievements — including being named the HIA Riverina Home of the Year for the second consecutive year. While awards are never the reason we do what we do, they serve as a meaningful acknowledgment of the care, craftsmanship, and collaboration that go into every home we build.

The 2025 awards season offered an opportunity to celebrate not only our team’s work but also the efforts of the many talented trades, designers, and suppliers we’re fortunate to work alongside.

HIA Riverina Awards 2025

We were honoured to receive eight awards across a diverse range of categories — several shared with our valued joinery partner Harrison’s Joinery.

• New Kitchen over $75,000 (with Harrison’s Joinery)

• Kitchen of the Year (with Harrison’s Joinery)

• Kitchen Design (with Harrison’s Joinery)

• New Bathroom up to $50,000

• Bathroom of the Year

• Custom Built Home $1.5 Million – $2 Million

• Custom Built Home of the Year

• Riverina Home of the Year

Each recognition is a reminder of the importance of teamwork and shared vision — from design concept to the finishing touches on site.

HIA ACT & Southern NSW Awards 2025

At the state level, our team was recognised with two major awards:

• Custom Built Home $1.5 Million – $2 Million

• Professional Small Builder/Renovator of the Year

The Professional Small Builder/Renovator award in particular holds special meaning for us, as it reflects not just the homes we build but the professional systems and client experience we strive to deliver across every project.

HIA National GreenSmart Awards 2025

We were also proud to be named a National Finalist in the HIA GreenSmart Awards, acknowledging our growing commitment to sustainable design and energy-efficient building practices. Sustainability remains a key focus for us moving forward, ensuring that each home performs as beautifully as it looks.

MBA NSW State Awards

Rounding out the year, we were thrilled to be recognised as a Finalist in the MBA NSW State Awards for:

• Design and Construct House $1.5 Million – $2 Million

This recognition reinforces our continued focus on integrating thoughtful design with precision construction — a hallmark of every Lancaster home.
