From Plans to Handover, Step by Step
- Share your plans. Get in touch and tell us about your drawings, at any stage from concept sketches to construction-ready documents.
- Plan review and site visit. We review the design, visit the site and talk through your goals, budget and timing.
- Detailed quote. You receive a clear, itemised quote, with any buildability or cost-saving suggestions noted for you and your designer to consider.
- Selections and contract. Our in-house interior designer, or your own, guides you through finishes, then we finalise the contract and approvals.
- Construction. We build with regular updates through our client portal, keeping your designer involved at key stages.
- Handover. We walk you through your finished home and stay in touch through the maintenance period.

Can you build from plans drawn by another architect or designer?
Yes. We regularly work from external plans and are happy to collaborate with your designer throughout the build.
What stage do my plans need to be at?
Any stage. Earlier is often better, as we can offer cost and buildability advice before the design is finalised.
Will you change my design?
Not without your approval. Any suggestions are discussed with you and your designer first.
Can my architect stay involved during construction?
Absolutely. We welcome site visits and keep your designer updated at key milestones.
Do you build outside Wagga Wagga?
