We’ll be the first to admit it, we have an awesome team at Lancaster Homes! To have clients tell us post-handover that they miss making their site visits, seeing the team at work, and chatting with the crew and subs, tells us that our clients think the same.

Harrison Crouch – Supervisor
Harrison joined the Lancaster Homes team in 2020 as a qualified Carpenter, as our team has grown, Harrison has moved up the ranks to foreman and now our Supervisor. After building his own home with Lancaster homes in 2022 Harrison knows how important coordinating timelines, budgets, and team members, making him the right man for the Supervisor role.

Paul Anderson- 2nd year Apprentice
Paul started his apprenticeship with Lancaster Homes at the beginning of 2021, he loves a good joke and being centre of attention on photo shoot days. Paul is very competent and works great with a team, we look forward to working with him through his apprenticeship and beyond.

Joel Bryce- Carpenter
With a full schedule for 2022 we started the year by doubling the size of our site crew, Joel joined the team as a qualified carpenter. With experience in commercial construction, he was keen to make the transition into residential. Joel has been a valuable addition to the team.
“My favourite part of the job is at the end and looking at all the detailing throughout the house and seeing the tones and textures complement each other, It gives you satisfaction of the hard work all the guys have put into the job.”
Ash Gunning- 1st year Apprentice
In 2021 Ash spent a week of school-based work experience with Lancaster Homes, his competence and eagerness to learn was noticed by all on the team and he was offered an apprenticeship for 2022. Ash has shown loads of potential throughout the past year, and we look forward to being a part of his future in the industry.

Tahni Baxter- Carpenter
The newest member on the team, Tahni started working with Lancaster Homes early in 2022. She has since been signed off her apprenticeship, now a qualified carpenter, she works independently on a wide variety of tasks as well as overseeing our apprentices.
“My favourite part of my job would be how detailed our Lancaster Homes are and being able to apply extra skills and knowledge to showcase the variety and uniqueness of our builds and the accomplishment of seeing the end task.”
