Baden Lancaster

Builder/ Director

Baden is the director and co-founder of Lancaster Homes. As a qualified carpenter and licensed builder, over the past 10 years Baden has built more than 40 new homes in the Wagga Wagga area and surrounding towns, along with countless extensions and renovation projects of all sizes.

In 2016 Baden and wife- Renee established the successful and renowned family run Lancaster Homes, specialising in the design and construction of high-quality custom designed new homes.

Baden plays many crucial roles at Lancaster Homes including Sales, Estimator, Contract management and Operations and Project Manager.  

Baden is committed to pleasing our clients, not only by building a high quality home, but also providing a building experience that is collaborative, enjoyable and stress-free.

Renee Lancaster

Interior designer and Marketing

As our interior designer and marketing manager Renee brings the creativity to the business.

Renee works with our clients to alleviate the stress of the selections process, to help bring their vision to life and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure everything is executed as envisioned. Her passion is creating functional and beautiful homes that are a unique reflection of their owners.

In addition, Renee is responsible for Lancaster Homes Social Media and marketing.

Alera Shipard

Office Manager

Alera joined the team as Office Manager in 2021, she is often the first point of contact at Lancaster Homes. Alera is responsible for the accounts, HR and office administration.

Alera has a keen interest in systemising procedures to ensure our team and clients can enjoy an easy, transparent, and collaborative design and construction process.

As a designer herself, in the graphics design field, Alera brings so much value to our team.
